All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of the order date with details of the product and the defect.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price if the product is out of stock, using the original method of payment.
